Being one of the fastest rising acts from Denmark in recent times, Phlake is comprised of vocalist Mads Bo and producer Jonathan Elkær. The duo propelled themselves into the spotlight in 2016 with their debut album ‘Slush Hours’, which went 2 x Platinum, was awarded ‘Best Album 2016’ by Apple Music and went on to receive five Danish Grammys. On the back of three gold and platinum certified albums, and several Danish Grammys, Phlake embarked on a new musical chapter with their latest album ‘Phine’ in 2022, which featured artists as Joeboy, Che Lingo, Jada and Vera.

The group has earned considerable international praise on the way, from publications such as i-D, The Line of Best Fit, Vice Magazine and Complex, who describes Phlake as “cinematic R'n'B”.

Phlake is known as a phenomenal live band, and they set the audience record on Roskilde Festival's Upcoming stage in 2016. The following year they opened the legendary Orange Stage and have since performed throughout the country to the great delight of fans and music lovers. Their previous international live appearances include Dockville festival, Reeperbahn, Amsterdam Dance Event, Nordic Delight, Lowlands, Eurosonic, and headline shows in London, Paris, Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam and Oslo.
